Saeed Bayat, CEO of 334 Aqua Med Soft Inc, brings over a decade of experience in software engineering, artificial intelligence, medical imaging systems, and financial markets analytics. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering (Software) and an Executive MBA with a specialization in Strategic Management.
At Aqua Med Soft, Saeed leads strategic planning, product development, and technology innovation. He oversees daily operations, formulates growth strategies and business development plans, and works closely with engineering teams, medical consultants, and research partners to deliver scalable, reliable, and intelligent healthcare solutions.
One of his key priorities is securing financial resources and building investor relationships. He negotiates investment terms and identifies partners for strategic alliances — actively pursuing opportunities in North America, Europe, East Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

Mohsen Shakeri — Co-Founder & CTO
Mohsen Shakeri, the Chief Technology Officer at 334 Aqua Med Soft Inc, holds a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and brings over 8 years of experience in software engineering, image processing, and artificial intelligence.
At Aqua Med Soft, he is responsible for the research, design, management, development, and deployment of the AquaGuide™ Smart Surgical Assistant platform. Mohsen actively participates in product planning, product demo sessions, documentation, and recruitment processes — leveraging his expertise to drive innovative and intelligent solutions within the company. With a deep understanding of regional consumer behavior, strong knowledge of the UAE business ecosystem, and a proven track record of working with both international and local brands, he has successfully executed data-driven, performance-focused campaigns that have significantly boosted market share and enhanced marketing funnel efficiency.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Mohammad focuses on building a cohesive, creative, and data-centric marketing infrastructure that enables sustainable growth and competitive advantage. Dr. Ali Shaker — Co-Founder & Technical Director
Dr. Ali Shaker is a seasoned expert in smart systems and industrial automation, with extensive experience designing and implementing cutting-edge technologies in the fields of energy, oil and gas, and Industry 4.0. Holding a Ph.D. in Electronics, he has led high-impact projects such as the development of SCADA systems for large-scale fuel distribution networks and the creation of secure industrial IoT platforms.
Ali’s work spans industrial cybersecurity, big data analytics, and smart medical systems.
